Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Synergetic Tech Titan platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using any part of our platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Synergetic Tech Titan Limited and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction; (c) not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited; and (d) successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process. We reserve the right to decline service to any person for any lawful reason.

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must enable two-factor authentication for account access. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to maintain account security. Each person may hold only one account. Corporate accounts require additional documentation.

4. Services

Synergetic Tech Titan provides a platform for trading financial instruments including cryptocurrencies, equities, options contracts, and physical precious metals. We act as a technology and execution platform. For regulated activities, we act through our licensed subsidiaries. Market execution is subject to available liquidity. We do not guarantee order execution at any specific price. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Trading in financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose all of your invested capital. Specific risks include: market volatility and price fluctuations; liquidity risk — markets may not always be available; leverage risk — amplified losses on leveraged products; cryptocurrency-specific risks including regulatory changes and technology failures; options expiry and assignment risk; and gold price and currency fluctuation risk. Only invest funds you can afford to lose entirely. Consider seeking independent financial advice.

6. Fees & Charges

Our current fee schedule is available at synergetictechtitans.com/fees. Stock trading is commission-free. Cryptocurrency trading incurs a 0.1% maker/taker fee. Options trading is $0.65 per contract. Gold trading includes a 0.3% spread. Withdrawals via bank transfer are free; wire transfers incur a fee. We reserve the right to modify our fee schedule with 30 days' advance notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to: engage in market manipulation or wash trading; launder money or finance illegal activities; circumvent our KYC/AML controls; reverse engineer or compromise our technology; create accounts for third parties without authorisation; violate any applicable law or regulation; engage in insider trading; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Synergetic Tech Titan or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting support (subject to settling any outstanding positions and withdrawing your balance). We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we suspect violations of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity, or for regulatory reasons. Upon termination, outstanding positions will be liquidated at market rates unless legally prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNERGETIC TECH TITAN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to claims arising from fraud or gross negligence.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration rules. Class action waivers apply to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
