Three Phases to Site-Perfect Clean
Phase 1 — Rough Clean
Removal of construction debris, offcuts, packaging, and bulk waste. Industrial vacuuming of floors, wall cavities, and ductwork. All waste segregated and disposed of compliantly.
Phase 2 — Detail Clean
Fine construction dust elimination from all surfaces, window frames, sills, light fittings, and fixtures. HEPA-filtered vacuuming and specialist dust-suppression treatment throughout.
Phase 3 — Sparkle Finish
Final polish of all glazing, hard floors, kitchen and bathroom fittings, and stainless steel. Air quality check confirms particulate levels are within habitable standards before handover.
HVAC & Ductwork Flush
Construction dust in HVAC systems causes ongoing air quality issues for occupants. We flush and sanitize all ductwork, grilles, and filtration units before sign-off.
Window & Glazing Polish
All internal and external glazing cleaned of paint splatter, silicone, adhesive residue, and construction film — using specialist products that protect new glass coatings.
Digital Handover Certificate
A comprehensive photographic report and air quality data sheet provided on completion — documenting the site condition for developer records, building control, or tenant handover.
